Dr. Lina Kim
DDS, PS
Dr. Lina Kim has been serving the Seattle community for over 20 years, providing gentle, high-quality dental care for patients of all ages. She is passionate about preventive dentistry and is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels comfortable and cared for. Beyond the office, Dr. Kim mentors future dental professionals and gives back through her passion project, Floss Boss Cares, which expands access to oral health in underserved communities. In her free time, she enjoys running marathons, spending time with her two children, and being with her furry friend, Peppa.
Dr. Chen
Dr. Chen is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Prior to that she attended the University of Michigan and received her Bachelor of Science in molecular biology. She is originally from Taiwan and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. This helps her connect with a wide range of patients and ensures clear communication with those who may prefer speaking in Mandarin.
Dr. Chen is passionate about providing patients with personalized, comfortable treatment with a gentle touch. She is actively involved in continuing her dental education and supplementing her existing knowledge in order to continuously deliver the most up-to-date treatments for her patients. Dr. Chen loves to travel and is a big “foodie”. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active and spending time with her family.
Dr. Belle
Dr. Belle is a PNW local, earning a degree in Biochemistry magna cum laude and completing dental school at the University of Washington. With a warm and approachable style, Dr. Belle truly cares about making sure each patient feels comfortable and confident in their dental care. And as an advocate for preventative dentistry, Dr. Belle enjoys helping people maintain healthy smiles and avoid future dental issues. When she’s not working, you can find Dr. Belle backpacking, making pottery, playing tennis or taking care of her six chickens.
Dr. Laurente
Dr. Laurente graduated from Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry in Portland, Oregon. Originally from Portland, she wanted to come to Seattle to live in a bigger city. Her approach to dentistry is comprehensive – she keeps in mind that every patient is a human being with other health, mental, and personal histories that extend beyond the oral cavity. Above all, she wants every patient she sees to be more educated about their oral health and what options they have moving forward. Dr. Laurente is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and King County Dental Association. Outside of clinical work, she has also been a Supervising Dentist at the Shoreline Community College Hygiene School. When not working Dr. Laurente enjoys reading, taking ballet classes, going to various farmer’s markets around Seattle, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Koh
Dr. Koh graduated with high honors from University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Prior to that she received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from University of the Pacific undergraduate. She was born and raised in the Seattle area, and returned from California immediately after finishing school. She fell in love with dentistry because it provides the opportunity to meet and treat people in the community, and she cares for her patients as if they were her own family. Outside of the office Dr. Koh enjoys snowboarding, playing volleyball, eating soft serve ice cream, and hiking with her Australian cattle
Dr. Chung
Dr. Ji Yeon Chung earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry. She went on to complete a 3-year residency in Advanced Education in Implant Dentistry, where she expanded her clinical skills and gained in-depth experience in both the surgical and restorative aspects of implant dentistry. She is currently finishing her Master of Science in Dentistry degree with research in implant dentistry.
Dr. Chung is committed to providing compassionate care and believes that honest communication is key to helping patients make confident, informed decisions about their oral health. When Dr. Chung is not in the office, she likes to spend time exploring the city or enjoying a quiet, serene morning with her cup of coffee.
Dr. Shervin
Prosthodontist
Dr. Shervin is our prosthodontics specialist at the clinic. He is a graduate of University of Washington’s Advanced Prosthodontics program, where he also earned his Master of Science in dentistry (MSD). Prosthodontists are trained to provide specialized care for patients with deficient or missing teeth, and are highly trained to solve complex dental problems. While many dentists provide these services, prosthodontists are the experts in delivering high-quality dentures, crowns, bridges, and dental implants. Dr. Shervin is originally from Tehran, Iran, where he was born and raised in a family of dentists. He cares deeply about informing his patients about their treatment options and providing the best care possible for each patient. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Shervin can be found playing or following tennis and soccer, trying his hand at composing music, or planning his next travel destination.
Dr. Shaked Navat Pelli
Periodontist
Dr. Shaked Navat Pelli has dual specialty in both Periodontics and Periodontal Prosthesis, which allows her to tailor comprehensive treatments holistically. Her expertise spans across dental surgery, implants, smile design, implants, gingival grafts, occlusion, periodontal disease, comprehensive reconstructions, surgical 3D planning and sedation. In addition, she has extensive experience treating genetically related dental abnormalities. She is a passionate and caring care giver that goes the extra mile for her patients and puts them in the center.
- Dr. Pelli is a graduate of the prestigious Priodontics and Periodontal Prosthesis dual residency program at Penn Dental Medicine where she also received a master in oral biology. She received her DMD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and graduated with honors from the Advanced General Practitioner Program (AGPP) of the same institute.
- Dr. Pelli has been teaching dental students since 2011 and is currently an affiliate instructor at the University of Washington periodontics department. She has conducted research in Hadassah school of dental medicine, University of Pennsylvania, Forsyth Institute and Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
- Beyond work, Dr. Pelli enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Dr. Lee
Dr Lee is a general dentist who graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2003. He completed a general practice residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in molar root canals, implant placement, and wisdom tooth extraction. He is also a Level 6 Cerec provider.
He has six children. His hobbies include tennis, golf, cycling, pickleball, skiing, and hiking. He also enjoys cooking and savoring Korean cuisine.
