Amber
Financial Coordinator
Meet Amber, our new billing coordinator from North Carolina. With experience in insurance and customer service, she’s here to assist with any billing questions. Outside of work, Amber enjoys baking, exploring Washington with her husband, and spending time with her dogs, Freya and Baxter.
Annie
Scheduling Coordinator
Annie has a strong dental background, growing up with a father who was a dentist. She works primarily on Saturdays at the Magnolia location, building lasting patient relationships and accommodating their schedules. Outside of work, Annie enjoys spending time with her large family.
Nicole
Patient Coordinator
Meet Nicole, our new patient coordinator from Renton, WA. She has a background in Public Health and is pursuing her Master’s at UW. Outside of work, she loves staying active, cooking, and exploring greater Seattle.
Tiffany
Scheduling Coordinator
Tiffany joined our front office team in November 2024. Working primarily at our Laurelhurst office, she will sometimes be seen working at our Magnolia office. Tiffany enjoys bringing warmth to the office and ensuring every patient leaves with a positive experience. Born and raised in New York City, she moved cross-country to pursue a master’s degree at University of Washington. Prior to moving to Seattle, Tiffany has worked as a dental assistant and office coordinator at a private dental clinic in Bayside, New York. She also has 6 years of administrative experience in a medical setting. When Tiffany is not working in the office, she enjoys cooking and exploring Seattle.
Sunny
RDH
Sunny has been working in the dental field since 2016 and joined the team in 2024. She is passionate about helping patients improve their oral health and has a strong interest in public health, regularly volunteering at dental outreach events. Sunny is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA) and recently completed her term as King County Chair from 2022 to 2024. She has also enjoyed mentoring new graduate hygienists as they begin their professional journeys. Sunny loves being part of Dr. Kim’s team, where the staff is both friendly and professional. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and hiking.
Katie
Treatment Plan Coordinator
Katie has been with Dr. Kim’s office since 2022, serving as a financial and treatment coordinator. With over a decade of experience in the dental field, she has worked in nearly every role and continues to love the fast-paced, people-focused environment. A busy mom of two, Katie also runs her own dental billing business on the side and never misses a chance to plan her next adventure. She enjoys staying active—whether it’s playing sports, managing family life, or exploring new places. Katie believes in working hard, staying organized, and making time for the things that keep life exciting: travel, family, and new experiences.
Peppa
Meet Peppa, our lovable office therapy dog! Born in June 2020, he’s a friendly micro Goldendoodle here to brighten your day.
